Easyi3C is a leading supplier of embedded system tools that simplify the development and debugging of various communication protocols. The company offers a range of products designed to help engineers and developers use I3C/I2C , USB and MIPI, JEDEC, MCTP and other protocols more efficiently.
In order to help engineers better use tools and debug chips, any read and write operations of the bus will be
recorded in the log. At the same time, if the IBI function is turned on, the IBI information on the bus will also
be recorded in the Transaction Log on the right, which can facilitate viewing the debugging process, recording
debugging data, and reproducing the debugging process.
As shown in the figure above, Time Stamp can show the time when the data was sent; Mode can tell whether
the operation was I3C protocol or I2C protocol; Cmd records what command was operated at the time, such
as W represents Write operation, R represents Read operation, such as SETAASA represents sending a
SETAASA command; State records the status of command sending, if it is an error, different error values will
be recorded; I2C Khz and I3C Khz record the frequency status of the operation, as well as Addr, etc., which is
convenient for engineers to operate and reproduce problems and improve work efficiency.
In the upper right corner of the above picture, there are Clear and Save buttons. Engineers can clear the logs
or save the logs to files for later debugging.
